Hey everyone! In July 2018 I came to the decision to close the bakery and refocus on my original business & true passion--Rowdy Maui. I believe everything happens for a reason, and the bakery happened when I needed it most. It helped me through some of the toughest situations of my life, and I worked more many more hours and much harder than I ever have and for much less pay. The bakery was what I needed to make it through those times and to be where I am now. While I will miss seeing you all for weekly cupcake visits and spending so much time experimenting in the kitchen, I am now able to go back to painting with acrylics, which if you've followed my story from the beginning, this is a pretty big deal for me as that was my life and my love pre-bakery. 
I want to thank all of you for your kindness & support of Gidget & Grace these past two years, I'm not sure I could ever fully explain what it has meant to me, so I'll just simply say thank you. I hope you'll still visit me downtown, and I'd be happy to give recommendations for other bakers in our area if you'd like. Stay sweet, Rockport!
